Fertility Treatment Tucson, AZ – For Specific Populations

Many of our treatment options are intended for specific populations. Here are some of the options we offer that could help you as you journey to create your family.

Male Fertility Treatment

While infertility was traditionally considered a women’s problem, it’s just as important to diagnose and treat medical issues in the male partner. Several different treatments can be useful in male fertility treatment.

Egg Freezing

Women in their 20s are often not ready to have kids yet, but they know that they want a baby someday. If you don’t want to be pressured into having kids before you’re ready, but you also don’t want to lose your chance (knowing that fertility declines as you age), oocyte cryopreservation might be right for you. This process involves retrieving and then freezing unfertilized eggs for later use.

Conception after Tubal Ligation or Vasectomy

While many of those who choose permanent birth control remain happy with their decision, there are some who later want to regain their fertility and have another child. If you’ve had a tubal ligation or vasectomy, and now you want another baby, you have several different options that can help you achieve your dream.

Embryo Adoption

While most couples would prefer to have children that are genetically related to them, this isn’t always possible, for a variety of reasons. Adopting a frozen embryo that was created by another couple, and using this embryo in IVF, can help these couples become parents.

Surrogacy

In some cases, the female partner isn’t able to successfully carry a pregnancy. Using a surrogate, who’s a third-party woman who carries a baby for a couple, can help these women become parents. This can also be an option for gay male couples who want to start families.

LGBT Couples

While most discussion about infertility focuses on cisgendered heterosexual couples, we support and welcome all couples in our clinic. There are quite a few options for LGBT couples who are hoping to become parents. We provide a welcoming space in which any couple can come to take a journey toward starting a family.
