As far as safety goes, we strive to make this experience as safe as humanly possible for patients. We try to minimize the amount of medications that we use. Additionally, we try very hard to minimize the risk of multiple gestation and both are stimulated cycles for ovulation induction with insemination and with in vitro fertilization. We do not transfer as a general rule more than the recommended guidelines for embryo transfer and we have been very fortunate to not have triplets over the last few years with our in vitro fertilization program. There is a price to pay for that, which is a slightly lower chance of success with any kind of treatment that minimizes that risk of multiple gestation, but again we have to keep in mind that the goal here is healthy families, healthy babies because these families are going to be together, you know, forever and we need to know that if we create those multiple gestation children who are ill or who has special needs, that that really can be a great burden on that family for decades.
