Dr. Scot Hutchison

My name is Dr. Scot Hutchison. I grew up in the Phoenix area. I went to college here at the University of Arizona in Tucson. I went to the University of Kansas for medical school and for my residency in Obstetrics and Gynecology. I did my fellowship in Reproductive Endocrinology at the Johns Hopkins Medical School, Baltimore. I stayed there as a faculty member for some time and then returned to Tucson to practice in 1995. I very much enjoy working here in Tucson. We’ve a great medical community. My family’s been very happy and I enjoy being here.  The best part about my job is helping couples kind of achieve their dreams and for the most part, you know, we are fortunate now with the technology to, both, in traditional forms of technology with high-tech fertility therapy, but also with the newer additions to that such as a mind body programs that we are able to help most people go ahead and conceive and actually have families. But even if they don’t have families, as long as they emerge from this process, our whole and they can go on and adopt or choose child free living, but you can know that they had a good try and that they are happy at the end, that’s really been what’s most gratifying for me.
